She is interested in blending creative practices to connect to a wider community of artists. Through navigating human expression and experience, Alice uses movement as the core tool to balance cathartic energy and strength in vulnerability. She aims to create spaces where artists can collaborate with movement across; film, music, fashion, photography and performance: both on screen and live work.

Growing up in Hong Kong and Singapore, she began dance training in United World College of South East Asia, Singapore Dance Theatre and Centre Stage School of the Arts. Alice trained at Northern School of Contemporary Dance, before becoming the apprentice at Company Chameleon in Manchester, 2022. During these years Alice has worked with Artistic Directors; Anthony Missen, touring his work The Shadow across the UK and Kevin Edward Turner's duet VOID for The Birmingham International Dance Festival.

 

Based in London, Alice now works as a freelance movement artist and director, represented by BEX3 and Contact Creatives agency as a performer and dancer. Since then she has collaborated and choreographed Ray Laurel's Music Video MY LUV  and movement directed and performed Falling For You by musician Gareth Donkin. Along with collaborating and modelling for Knuckle Magazine with photographer Patrick Owens and fashion designer Oren in 2023. Alice finds working collaboratively a strength in creation, to help further our understanding of ourselves and the world around us.

She started directing and creating her own filmed works during training; Fruit Loop, HIVE, Somewhere Like a Bucket? and Watch Us Bloom. Eventually creating official works MUD a film around mental health, and soon to premiere AFTERS, a women navigating an after party brimmed by hyper awareness in an intimate setting. Enjoying the craft of movement through a digitalised platform, Alice also offers videography and headshots services for any artists in need to capture themselves or their live works.
